Hallo, ich bekomme folgenden Fehler beim Öffnen des Edit-Dialoges einer Resource auf dem Smartphone angezeigt.

Loading eTemplate from /egroupware/api/etemplate.php/resources/templates/mobile/edit.xet?1714462127 failed!

Alle anderen Edit Dialoge funktionieren.
EGroupware Version 23.1.20240430

Christian

thanks

thanks ralf, I downloaded the file from github and overwrote the one on the server in the resources/templates/mobile folder but the problem persists

Then you did something wrong

Either you did NOT overwrite it, or you have not reloaded the brower (main-)window, which caches templates.

Ralf

you were right, I had probably uploaded a corrupt file, now I see it at the correct size, I also compared the two files with Winmerge and they are correctly different, but the problem remains.
I cleared cache and also opened in incognito mode on Chrome but nothing…
Thank you

I made another clean attempt to understand where the problem lies or rather in which version:

  • clean install version 20.1.2020.12.02 - everything ok
  • migration to version 21.1.20221202 - everything ok
  • migration to version 23.1.20230412 - problem

What installation-type is that? Depending on that you have to update the file in the correct location.

In a container Install the fix needs to be applied inside the container in /usr/share/egroupware-sources AND the container needs to be restarted, then the fix works, as you can see e.g. in our demo.

Ralf

in this installation, I used cloudpanel which uses nginx and mariadb 10.6 like the docker installation… but it’s probably missing something, it would have been perfect to understand it
I preferred this installation, so on the same server I could install various websites that I have in production, which I wanted to migrate to this new server.

EGroupware’s default installation also allows that, as it only creates a single vhost under /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/ and you can add more with different names.

Ralf

the mystery remains why it gives me that highlighted error, I also tried to install the first version of 23.1 and it gives me the same error… and it drives me crazy… because I preferred to install everything there on a single server, instead of having just one server dedicated to egroupware

No mystery here, I already wrote you the bug is fixed.
